Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

Prophet SAW A Role Model

This is the area that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ tied his camel on the Day of Badr. It is right next to Masjid al-'Arish - the place where the Prophet's tent was pitched.

A companion of the Prophet ﷺ came to him carrying eggs but Rasūlallāh ﷺ noticed the mother bird flapping its wings out of desperation desiring the eggs to be returned to her. Rasūlallāh ﷺ instructed for the eggs to be returned. Look at his mercy! A camel that was overworked, cried to him and informed Rasūlallāh ﷺ of how it was being mistreated. The Prophet ﷺ immediately told its owner off and instructed him to change his ways. Look at his kindness! He taught us that a Muslim doesn't plant a tree or sows seeds and then a bird, or a person, or an animal eats from it except that it is reward and charity for him. Look at his concern! He heard babies cry and he quickened his Salah. Look at his character!

How are the areas we live in unclean? Rasūlallāh ﷺ said the one who litters the areas that Muslims reside within is cursed by the angels. He said a man was given Jannah for removing harm from the streets. How do we treat eachother like dirt when the Prophet ﷺ said that a woman was sent to hell for being bad to a cat? How do we neglect eachother and cut each other off when Rasūlallāh ﷺ even comforted a tree that yearned for him in the Masjid. How do we turn our backs on people in need? Rasūlallāh ﷺ spoke to a woman who suffered with mental illness and said, 'Sit in any street you wish and I will come and sit with you!' We've taken everyone as role models and it hasn't brought us true happiness. Isn't it time we return to our true leader ﷺ  - the one Allah praised and said, 'Verily, in the Messenger of Allah, you have a excellent example.'
