Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

Trust in Allah

Shaykh Muhammad Sa'id Ramadan al-Buti said that during a period when his wife was extremely ill, he spent an entire night praying, worshipping and crying to Allāh with humility - beseeching Allāh to grant her ease. The Shaykh said that he then went to sleep on that night and a voice said, "Your wife has passed away." The Shaykh said, 'my eyes opened and I spent hours feeling worried and heartbroken such that I tossed and turned and was unable to sleep. Eventually, my eyes closed and I saw a woman in my dreams I had never seen in my life. She came to me as I was sitting by a window and said, 'I am going to be your wife.'"

The Shaykh said 3 days after he had that dream - his wife passed away. He emotionally wept during the condolences and he highly praised her piety. He said, 'So much of the goodness I see in my life is due to my wife.' Some time later after much heartache, a marriage proposal was brought to the Shaykh and when he saw the lady - it was miraculously the exact woman that he had seen in his dreams on that night and he married her. The Shaykh then said, "The reason I am telling you this is to let you know that Allāh loves you. When everything closes in on you in life and you feel that you can't go on - know that Allāh is always there for you. Seek His help. He will provide for you from places that you could never imagine. You just need to trust Him."
