Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

My Faiths Goal

May Allah Ta’ala grant us His Love and the Love of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) , such that it becomes easy to give up all sins and submit to His Obedience. May He protect us all from the mischief of nafs and Shaytaan. May He fill our hearts with Love, Adab, Akhlaq and Sabr for this beautiful Deen and inspire us in being a practical and good Muslims and be true role-models to our community.

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

Why the change?

Over the last couple of years various discussions or e-mails recieved have pointed out many faults within Muslims of today. discussing one here is the Tabligh Jamaat. Who was the founder of this Jamaat? What was the principles set then? How has it changed?

Founder
The founder of the Tabligh Jamaat was Maulana Muhammad Ilyas(First Ameer of Tableeghi Jamaat)(RA).

Principles
Maulana Ilyas(RA) devoted to what he described as “the mission of the prophets”. The method adopted by him was simple. It was to organize units of at least ten persons and send them to various villages. These units (jamaat), would visit a village, invite the local Muslim to assemble in the mosque and present their message in the form of six demands:

Every Muslim must be able to recite Shahadah correctly in Arabic.
A Muslim must learn how to say the Salat correctly.
To learn the basic teaching of Islam and to do dhikr.
To respect the fellow Muslims.
To inculcate honesty and sincerity of intention in such endeavors.
To spend some times and travel from place to place spreading the words of Allah.
Maulana Ilyas later added another rule asking members to abstain from wasting time in idle talk and from sinful deeds.

The Change

Th prinicple to do ibadaah just on one day is called makrooh tanzeehi and it seem that one day is fixed Thursday night just to do ibaadah. What about the rest of the week? (http://nisar-musafir.blogspot.com/2009/06/significance-of-thursday-night.html)

Is it just some of the few who think that or is it differant? Would like to have views on this.

What about zikr mehfils or even khanqah's majlis's where have they disappeared to? Has it all changed since the great scholar passed away in 1324 Hijra?
Many perseve the taleem as forced sit down why? we should all join in gatherings to refresh our iman but why do we see it in a differant way? There are many youngesters who are on the streets and getting up to no good , why are they no mosques invoilved in getting these youngesters off the streets? A few is no good as some say we are doing good work as there are many youngester on Jamaat but why do we just focus on one part of Islam and seem to forget the rest?

Many questions left unanswered.... These great scholars have left an excellant foundation and principles set for us to follow but we are do busy in our duniya to realise that.

This article is not degrading the Jamaat in any way but trying to answer some queries that I have recieved and hope someone can answere them.

JazakAllah.........
