Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

My Faiths Goal

May Allah Ta’ala grant us His Love and the Love of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) , such that it becomes easy to give up all sins and submit to His Obedience. May He protect us all from the mischief of nafs and Shaytaan. May He fill our hearts with Love, Adab, Akhlaq and Sabr for this beautiful Deen and inspire us in being a practical and good Muslims and be true role-models to our community.

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

Levels of Negligence

Recently there have been many experiances from various brothers and sisters that have e-mailed me that some Muslims think and understand that Zikr can be done at home and the muslims who do Zikr in gatherings of Allah is not permitted....Astagfirullah. The article below explains that in detail for the people who carry there so called Hadith's in the back pocket..Its not in my manner and principle to advertise childish behaviour like this on the Blog But sometimes keeping quiet is a Sin as well.JazakAllah.

Hakim al-Umma Hadhrat Mawlana Shah Ashraf Ali Thanawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said,

“It is in “Fawaidul fawad” (malfuzatof Hazrat Mehboob e Ilahi Khawajah Nizamuddin Awliya Chishti (ra)) that, salik is he who travels on the path (of sulook). Waqef واقف is the one who is stuck in the middle

If a salik is negligent in his worship but quickly repents, ask (Allah’s) forgiveness and resumes his duties actively he becomes a salik again. However, God-forbid, if he continues to be negligent chance are that he may be turned off راجع

There are seven levels of negligence in this path (sulook):-

1) First is اعراض dodging Allah’s commands.

2) If one does not repent humbly he proceeds to حجاب the creation of a barrier between him & Allah.

3) If he persists this leads to تفاصل increasing separation between him & Allah.

4) If he does not repent even now, the additional state of enthusiasm ذوق و شوق)) in acts of devotion is taken away. This is سلب مزید removal of additional states.

5) If he continues in his foolish ways the comfort and pleasure that were present even before the additional state of enthusiasm are also taken away. This is called سلب قدیم removal of original states.

6) Not repenting and correcting his behavior at this stages leads to an agreement of heart on separation (from Allah). This is called تسلی agreement on separation between him & Allah.

7) If the same negligence continues the love (of Allah) is replaced by عداوت hatred.

We seek Allah’s refuge from them all.”InshAllah.

Hakim al-Umma Hadhrat Mawlana Shah Ashraf Ali Thanawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said;

‘Although, all the sins and attachments to other-than Allah are an obstacle in this path (sulook). Few indispensable ones are explained here.

First and foremost is opposition of the Sunna of Prophet(S.A.W), Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him (in beliefs, acts of worship, especially ikhlaq/morals, mutual dealings, financial transactions and all other activities).
