Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

Ahmad Sa'eed Dehlawi (RA)

Ahmad Sa'eed Dehlawi(RA)Naqshbandi Mujaddidi

The 33rd Shaykh from Silsila Aliya Naqshbandia Hadhrat Shah Ahmad Sa'eed was the khaleefah and also the son of Hadhrat Shah Abu Sa'eed . He was born at Raampur in the year 1217 Hijri.
When the Shaykh was only ten years old he would sit in the company of Hadhrat Shah Ghulam Ali Sahib . Hadhrat Shah Ghulam Sahib would show much affection and attention towards him. If he noticed him in a gathering he would motion for him to come and sit close.

Once the Shaykh was sitting in front of Hadhrat Shaykh Ghulam Sahib when he said "Hadhrat Imam-e-Rabbaani Mujaddid Alf Thaani has written that Imam Mahdi will get Nisbat (link) with a Shaykh who will be from his descendants." Hadhrat Shah Ghulam Sahib continued by saying "To me, it seems that this Shaykh will come from the offspring of this boy."

When the Shaykh's father went to perform Hajj, he appointed the Shaykh in his place. Hadhrat Shah Ahmad Sahib became busy in the spreading of Shari'ah and Tareeqat. Every day he would hold three gatherings, after the morning prayer, after Dhuhr and after Maghrib.

The Shaykh would say "The Mureed is like a suckling baby. He is unaware of what profits or harms him. If a baby leaves the drinking of milk before it is time then it harms his growth. In the same way, if a mureed ceases to strive on the path of sulook before he has any capacity, he becomes defective and useless."

The Shaykh also said " The seekers of Allah should make sure that they do not spend even a moment away from Allah's dhikr, so that their relationship with Allah becomes total, so much so that their hearts have no desires or ambitions other than Allah. They should remain steadfast upon their daily wazaaif."

The Shaykh had endless Kashf and karamaat. He says that "Once I saw Rasoolullah salallahu alayhi wasallam and we were both eating together from the same dish."

On an another occasion he said, "Once Hadhrat Mujaddid Alf Thaani came to me (in a vision) with some food , saying that ‘Rasoolullah salallahu alayhi wasallam has sent this especially for you.’"

At the time of war, he performed Hijrah from Dehli towards the Haramayn Shareefayn. He left Hadhrat Dawst Muhammad in charge of the Khanqah.

In the month of Safar in the year 1270 Hijri the Shaykh arrived in Makkah Mu'azzamah. He stayed in Makkah for four months before leaving for Madeenah Munawwarah. The Shaykh said that "I have made Madeenah Munawwarah my place of abode as that is the wish of Allàh's Messenger salallahu alayhi wasallam."

Many people of the Haramayn Shareefayn entered the Silsilah through the Shaykh. After living 2 years in Madeenah he passed away on the 2nd of Rabi-ul-Awwal in the year 1277 Hijri. The Shaykh is buried in the Baqee' graveyard close to the grave of Hadhrat Uthmaan radhiallahu anh.
