Whosoever has Allah in his heart, His helper in both worlds is Allah, And whoever has other than Allah in his heart, His opponent in both worlds is Allah."

Light of Dawn

I wake with the light of the dawn whispering with joy in my heart and with praise on my lips. In stillness and twilight i stand before you bowing, prostating i call Allahu (swt).
My eyes see your beauty in the dawn's golden hues. My ears hear the thunder as it gloriies you. The rhythm of my heart beats the sound of your name. My breaths rise and fall with the tide of your praise. My soul knew and loved you before i was born and without your mercy is lost and fortorn.
Wherever i may wonder down the pathways of life, my cry to you Allah (swt), is "guide me to ligfht" through all fear and helpness, to you do i turn for your breath of healing and peacedo i yearn. For all that i have , my Allah (swt) all that i am is from you, is for you and to you will return. Inshallah

The Behaviour of the Sahaabah at Hudeybiyah

During his long discourse with the Prophet(sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Urwah had been quietly observing the behaviour of the Sahaabah towards their Master; so when he returned to the Qureysh he said to them:
"O Qureysh! I have been an envoy to many great kings. I have seen the courts of Qaiser, the Chosroes and the Negus. By Allah! Now here have I seen a people around a sovereign so respectful to him as I have found the companions of Muhammad(sallallahu alayhi wasallam). When Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) spits, they rush to receive the spitum in their hands before it touches the ground and anoint their faces with it. Hardly a word escapes his lips before all of them run to carry out his wish.
When he makes wudhu, they fight with one another to collect a drop of the used water before it falls on the ground. If anyone fails to get the water, he touches the wet hands of the person who had got it, and then rubs his own hands on his face. When they speak in his presence, they speak in a low voice. They do not lift their gaze to look at his face, out of respect for him. A hair falling from his head or beard is preserved to get benediction from it and is looked upon as a sacred relic. In short, I have never seen any group of people so devoted to their Master as I have seen the companions of Muhammad(sallallahu alayhi wasallam)."
